
Fiscalini Ranch Preserve
The Ranch is divided into two parcels: 364 acres on the
wes t side of Highway One dedicated to passive recre-
ation activities and 70 acres on the east side of High-
way One, of which approximately 25 acres have been
designated as an active recreation community park.
West Fiscalini Ranch Preserve 364 acres
There are 11 trails on the West Ranch. Easy or moder-
ately easy to use. Beware of poison oak. Newly im-
proved, one-mile Bluff Trail and Marine Terrace Trail are
mos t frequently used. Bluff Trail runs along the coastal
bluff from Windsor Boulevard North to South. Acces-
sible to wheelchairs, hikers and on-leash dogs. Part of
the 1,100-mile California Coastal Trail system. The
Marine Terrace Trail runs from the north end of Windsor
Boulevard to Marlborough Drive south. Inland and par-
allel to Bluff Trail. Accessible to wheelchairs, hikers,
bicyclists and off-leash dogs. However, dogs must not
be allowed to disturb any wildlife. See map to Locate

Can be accessed via pedestrian bridge next to the
Bluebird Motel on Main Street and several trails: Berry
Trail at end of Pine Court (off Rogers Way) in East
Lodge Hilt Steep, unimproved trail connecting with
Rodeo Grounds Road 100 yards west of the Burton
Driv e Bridge over Santa Rosa Creek. East Santa Rosa
Creek Trail at end of Rodeo Grounds Road. Easy walk;
follow sewer easement road. Skye Street Trail near cuL-de-
sac leading to East Ranch. Wide and fairly steep. Poison
oak. Ramsey Avenue Trail drops down to Fern Creek and
parallels Hwy. One to East Santa Rosa Creek Trail.
